Business consulting and company valuation
I provide a wide range of consulting services in the area of finance, accounting and taxation, supporting entrepreneurs in their daily decisions – from the moment of establishing a company and choosing the optimal form of taxation and financial, accounting and HR settlements, through the daily dilemmas accompanying entities on their growth path, to the challenges of succession. I specialize in business valuation.
Restructuring and succession of companies
I provide consulting services in corporate restructuring processes, including multi-faceted operational audits resulting in recommendations for improvements’ implementations. I specialize in assessing the obligations and consequences under restructuring law and bankruptcy law. I guide companies through the processes of transformations, mergers and divisions. I support entrepreneurs in the challenges of succession of their companies.
My
experience
Statutory auditor with over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation, specializing in business valuation and M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions. Graduate of doctoral studies in economic sciences at Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
She currently serves as Managing Director and CFO and co-owner of Freedom Holding sp. z o.o., responsible for strategic financial management and development of Freedom Group companies.
Since 2005, she has been with the firm of Statutory Auditors Tomczyk & Rosolińska as Financial Director. Since 2018, she has been running her own business in parallel, providing consulting services to companies. She specializes in corporate restructuring and valuation. She consistently focuses on issues of strategic corporate financial management and management accounting, including developing interests around issues of corporate intellectual capital.
She is a member of the Patronage Council of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and a lecturer at MBA programs, combining teaching activities with established professional experience.

Business consulting
Many years of experience in managing my own companies and working with companies with a diverse capital structure and industry enables me to provide comprehensive strategic business consulting services. I offer support in such areas as business strategy, finance, sales management, production and building organizational culture.
The consulting process begins with a detailed analysis of the company’s current situation, setting key business objectives and identifying areas for improvement. On this basis, I develop a plan of action and draw a scenario of how to implement projects. My goal is to implement solutions that will bring tangible economic benefits fairly quickly but, above all, will positively increase the value for the owners of the company in the long term.
Strategic and operational audits, restructuring and valuation of companies
To ensure accurate diagnoses and precise recommendations, I conduct strategic and operational audits together with a team of experienced experts in the areas of finance, taxation, business law, and production and employment management. These include selected company processes, a financial and accounting audit and a multi-faceted analysis of the company’s condition (due diligence).
Depending on the purpose of the enterprise valuation, I propose appropriate valuation methods and coordinate the entire process.
As part of these activities, I cooperate with recognized auditors, real estate appraisers who specialize in estimating the value of assets, and financial advisors who support entities in raising capital from various sources.
M&A processes
For more than a dozen years, I have been involved in the comprehensive management of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, providing entrepreneurs with full legal and advisory support. M&A processes, which last for many months, require proper safeguarding of all aspects of the transaction.
As part of my M&A services, I offer:
- detailed legal and tax analysis of planned mergers and acquisitions,
- legal and tax audit (due diligence), including all financial aspects,
- preparation of comprehensive transaction documentation (teasers, NBO, TS etc.),
- active participation in negotiations,
- carrying out transactions for the acquisition or disposal of shares in enterprises, commercial companies or their organized parts,
- drafting investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements (SPA, SHA).
I provide support in negotiations and mediations between the parties, as well as advice on the legal aspects of financing M&A transactions, which guarantees the safety and effectiveness of the implemented projects.
